Having studied International Economics, Reavis devoted 12 years to a pivotal role with the UN Development Programme and earned an outstanding reputation across many geographic borders and all economic sectors. In this capacity, she planned projects and worked to improve the lives for citizens in developing countries, overseeing budgets and controlling the quality of the results. From her European base, Reavis has spent 25 years building her own clientele and running programs in Organizational Development, Process Improvement, Restructuring and R & D across the globe. The breadth of her experience across economic sectors and her fluency in no less than four languages makes Reavis a valuable and unique asset.
Her hobbies are music of all kinds, cooking, hiking, skiing, and scuba diving.
Anja Walter is driven by curiosity about change. How do companies and individuals need to change in order to cope with the future? She has an unquenchable thirst for learning and a talent for sharing knowledge. Anja effortlessly navigates project management, coaching and human resources management, in a broad range of complex sectors and distils the best out of each of them. She began her professional life as a Grammar School Teacher but her journey has taken her through continuous professional development where she has acquired a formidable skillset and coaching methodology that delivers on time, every time. Anja has succeeded in roles in IT Project Management, Change and People Management, HR Consultant and Business Partner, in sectors that include Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Energy, Tourism, Pharma/ Chemicals, Insurance and Banking. Her natural aptitude for learning means that she has successfully completed courses in Psychology and Pedagogics, Information Sciences, International Management, Project Management, Systemic Organizational Development and Coaching.
For Anja, it`s always the people that make the difference and she constantly seeks to improve processes in HR, Project Management, Business Development and IT. Anja never loses sight of the economic goal but always works to build profits that will ultimatley benefit all of an organisation’s many stakeholders.
